Unlike with a conventional tool, rigidifying runners are avoided in the processing of thermoplastics by using hot runner tools. This dispenses with all kinds of reworking, whilst making the manufacture automatable and low-cost. The hot runner technology also guarantees the highest quality. Supplied by Hasco.

The CUT 300 SP is the most versatile machine range on the market, capable of cutting 45° cones, and can do this whatever the height of the part. The principle of crossed double guiding of the X, Y, U and V axes independently and of the same dimensions, allows machining to be done with a large taper, thus widening the scope of possible applications for wire spark erosion.
The CUT 30 P has on board technologies that allow a unique speed cut. These technologies optimise main, 2nd and 3rd finishing cuts, to attain the most common values of surface roughness, like Ra 0.60 μm (24 μin) and Ra 0.35 μm (14 μin) to be achieved in a minimum of time. These high speed technologies, make the CUT 30 P a very powerful competitive production unit.
The DRILL 20 is a production machine designed for the drilling of parts in hard materials such as hardened steels or carbides.
Its drilling capability ranges from 0.15 to 2.0 mm diameter through a depth of 200 mm.

Pre-hardened, free machining steel with very high impact toughness and exceptional cleanliness. This steel may be polished and etched with excellent results. Because of the very low levels of internal stress, large sections may be machined without movement and stress relieving is neither necessary nor recommended.
Toolbox 33 is especially suited for plastic moulds having excellent polishing and photo-etching ability which are guaranteed to NADC207-97. Other applications include rubber moulds, bending tools and general engineering where high toughness, high impact strength and great stability are important. This material can substitute and will give better results than qualities such as 1.2311, 1.2738 and 1.2312.
